Scheduled a rabies vaccine - when I arrived there was no where to wait or check in. The person assisting the vet told me to walk down the aisle and they'd call me when they were ready for us. They did not - they sent someone around to walk ins and then told me to wait in line when I asked what I should do for my appointment. My dog was getting anxious at this point and I gave up. Really crappy experience.
Great experience and super friendly staff. Was busy, but they were organized and efficient while caring for us all. Thanks! =)
Schedule 9 appointments for 9 puppies. I asked multiple times while scheduling this appointment if they were sure they would be able to see all 9. I was told yes because how much time was scheduled. I didn’t want to waste my time our theirs. I live across town, came 30 minutes early to be turned away. The staff stated they would not be able to see them, because they wouldn’t have time to see any other animals. The appointment center needs to be updated on scheduling information.
