Everyone was so helpful and pleasant.
I had a very disappointing experience with Vetco. Before my puppy’s first appointment, I clearly asked for the full puppy vaccine package and double confirmed whether future booster visits would already be covered. I was told that the follow-up vaccine appointments would not require additional charges besides the package. However, when I returned for the second vaccine visit, I was unexpectedly charged exam fees and vaccine fees.
