Terrible experience. I had two appointments at 4:50 and 4:55. I arrived at 4:56 and walked into an empty store (they close at 9 PM). Three employees were standing around chatting and ignored my greeting. One of them then quietly told me—without even moving—that they “close in 2 minutes” and couldn’t take my two cats for a simple vaccine. There was no one else waiting, and my appointments were consecutive, so I don’t understand why they even allow booking at 4:55 if they shut everything down at 4:58. I've had a wonderful experience with the Vetco Vaccination Clinic at this location over multiple visits. It's become my favorite Vetco, where I almost always take all 7 of my cats to them for routine vaccinations. I really appreciate the doctor, assistant, and receptionist at this location. They are professional, welcoming, and always take the time to patiently explain everything whenever we have questions.
