I was not able to make an appointment for just a rabies vaccination so the Assis Store Manager was helpful in making it for me. However, once the shot was administered I was told it was a one year shot. I wanted a 3 year. My vet said as long as it is within the same month it can be a 3 year. Vetco has their own rules....it has to be a year TO THE DAY. I was not happy to be told that. I could have paid the same price at the vet for a 3 year shot.
My dog can get super anxious in situations where he does not know people or understand what is happening to him. The entire team at the Vetco Clinic, from the Vet to the great techs was incredible. They were efficient and gentle, which made a huge difference in keeping Gronk's stress down. It was such a relief to see him handled with such kindness and speed, making the whole experience so much smoother than I anticipated. I left feeling really impressed and grateful for their fantastic work.
