Very unsatisfied. We not only were contacted multiple times to reschedule because their online booking kept putting us with a Doctor who can’t handle large dogs at this time- okay understandable, but 2 times? Remove from online booking. My husband went in with our two dogs for a few vaccines they needed so they could get groomed at Petco and quoted us almost $1,000 for 2 dogs to be vaccinated with a ton of extra shots we have never ever gotten before. Every time I have tried to schedule an appointment it gets rescheduled or canceled. About a month ago I scheduled an appointment, and a day before my appointment it got rescheduled twice the same day. I scheduled a new appointment a few days ago and it got canceled 2 hours before my appointment. So unprofessional.
Visit went smoothly in a timely fashion. Vet clinic staff were attuned to what needed to be done . Handled the scared pet with care.
