Be ready to waste your time here, due to understaffing or over booking (vets only have 5 minutes to administer a shot), as well as the vets possibly not wanting to handle a slightly anxious cat, we wasted 35 minutes waiting for an appointment we had at 1130am Saturday. By 12.05 the cat was beyond stressed given it's not an enclosed area. The cat simply moved a bit and the technician proceeds to say it's not going to work out and for us to "go to a real vet". We usually have a good experience here but today was not so great. Most of the workers are super nice but there was one employee named Julia who was so rude. We have been coming here for years and never worked with her before, so this was our first encounter. When asked if our dog was weighed yet, we said no, then she grabbed the scale and knocked a bunch of stuff down and started muttering under her breath, saying this is why you need to weigh beforehand (something along those lines) but like it was our fault?
