My mini poodle Brownie and I had a great experience with Petco Vet Services. The service was prompt we were in and out quickly. The team provided clear post-visit instructions and shared the heart worm test results right away, which I really appreciated. My fur baby was a bit anxious when we arrived but left calm and comfortable, which says a lot about the care they provide. If I could give less I would! in reference to agent (Jai B) I was attempting to get vaccine expirations for a client and there was no effort put in after not being able to find the dog after one search advised us to find the correct vet. The client then went to vetco in person and had the records forwarded to me. The agent would not give her member number or last name.

Was seen at the time of appointment. Did not have to wait around to be seen. In and out. By using this clinic I avoided paying a $75 administrative fee at my vet. At this clinic had to pay for the vaccine and a $5.99 cleaning fee. What a deal!!
