Negligence and Incompetence. They didn’t update my dog’s records and now I cant schedule training or grooming appointments because my dog shows as unvaccinated. I have been repeating myself with their costumer service for a month now. If something like this happens, Vetco says they have no means of contacting the vet that performed the vaccination to update the record.
