I made an appointment for the vaccine clinic and checked in via the app/text but never received a phone call or anything to “go over” my pet’s records or anything. I arrived early and texted that I had arrived as instructed. I sat for ten or so minutes and finally went inside. I was confused and did not know that I had to go inside to check in because I thought it was through the phone and that they would call me in.
