Staff was very careful with my pet and took care of her needs.
I feel like the Vet does not want to have any conversation with the customer. He just gives the shots and says nothing to you. This is the second dog I brought to Petco with the same vet and no interaction with the customer. Even the person that is with him doesn't say two words to you. They both have a bad bed side manner. Need to change vet.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. They will send you an email link to pre-enter your pets info that goes to a '404 Error' message. Then, you will get there, with the email that they sent you, and tell you that they don't have your records. No, actually, they will have you and your pets name on record, but not their weight. You can have your pets weight, and previous vet visit paperwork with you!
