I agree with the other person about the woman vet being rude. We also had an experience 2 times with the vet. She was very rude and I even reported it to vetco but I guess they could have cared less. Since the vet was very unprofessional and rough with our dog that was scared, she still handled him rough. When our dog was getting his shot I put my hand on him to comfort him and was told very rudely, in her words (Hands Off)!!!! She has no business being a vet.
Nice people but didn't expect such a long wait having had an appointment. I arrived 10 min early as instructed. 12:20 pm. And still had to wait behind 5 other pets. Got out at 1:10pm for a single microchip injection which took 1 min.
Vetco does a great job with our pets. They make it easy to schedule and really good to work with.
Woman vet was very rude and unprofessional. Maybe she could try speaking to customers instead of shouting. My first trip there and it will be my last. I hope you have the life you deserve lady.
