The staff were truly accommodating. They made us feel very welcome. Helped our dog Harold completely relax.. the vet was extremely kind.. our poor dog was so nervous he made a mess in the floor. The staff cleaned it up for us without getting annoyed at us or our dog. The kindness and courteous treatment is so very appreciated.
Vet tried 6 times to draw blood from my dog. Last time he yipped. We decided not to have the blood test done and are going to another clinic. Bad experience.
