I love petco but from what I’ve experienced they don’t provide us with great vet techs at vetco. Visited vetco today and was “assisted” by Arielle Bustamante but honestly received no help. She misinformed me and sent me to other employees at the store just for them not to be able to help me either. She wasn’t able to give me many options either she just told me to ask around for my dogs prescription until I find it. This place is an absolute mess—completely disorganized and run by people who clearly don’t care. They booked my appointment a week early without telling me, then didn’t have the medication ready the following week. No apology, just finger-pointing and blaming “other staff.” Seems like they’ve got different, clueless people working every week. On top of that, I could’ve received my vaccine earlier, but thanks to their incompetence, I didn’t. Total lack of accountability or professionalism.
This place sucks. They write you a subscription you cannot get any where apparently...not even at another Vetco location.
