Hi, I asked for 12 month supply for heartgard after test. I asked for 12 month heartgard for both dogs. I specifically told them NOT THE FLEA AND TICK MIX. For Cinnamon they followed directions fine and included separate Rx for flea tick giving me option. For Ginger they sent me Sempatrio which is mix. NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR. Both Rx were emailed after To me Pharmacy told emailed copies cannot be honored. Only originals. I called vetco and got answering service with no help.. I went to Petco to resolve no help. Very friendly and very efficient. My chihuahua was very comforted by the people there giving shots.
