very disappointing to book an appointment and wait a half hour in line. For them to ask about my dog history that was never documented and then to deny me Service. Mind you it’s your company’s fault for using excessive force when giving my dog a nail trim for causing him a seizure! Will not be back!
I had gotten my 10 year old girl updated on her shots. They did amazing as my girl wanted to get outta there and jump off the table! Lol the Dr. explained things to keep an eye on in the future since my girl is an old lady now. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional! Maggie had to sniff every bag of food!
The vet was great. My only negative feedback was that we checked in 10 minutes prior to our appointment at 1pm as requested but they took someone back before us who’s appointment didn’t start until 1:30 because they checked in prior to us. We were not seen until 1:40 even though our appointment was at 1. Please go in order of appointment times!
