It was a horrible visit ur vet person was very rude u lost a couple customers over his loudness n rudeness we r not getting the worm test done n I expect my money back for both dogs asap
Great experience. They were very nice to my girl Spooky and considerate and understadning of her anxiety and issues. I really appreciate how sweet and caring they were.
The people were great. It was easy in and out. But I was told I would get the prescription for heart worm medication in an email and never received it and then was told I need to go to another clinic time to get one in person. So it just stresses me out that I have to go back to take care of something I thought I already finished. Especially when I made sure to ask for a prescription in the first place.
This place is a joke. They have canceled my appointment hours before the scheduled time 3 MONTHS IN A ROW. Horrible experience with customer service. I do not think they realize the impact they cause when they do this to customers. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Be sure to book your appointment in advance they do fill up very quickly overall love this vet clinic been with them for almost 2 years
