Very rude and unprofessional. I will bring my babies somewhere else.
Very convenient and cheaper then a full on vet visit, but they go through it so quickly that the animals are terrified and don't get everything you pay for sometimes. For instance the oral vaccine and treatment if they miss the animals mouth, oh well they don't fix it just move on. I noticed they marked most of the exam as unable to do as well. If they took their time, introducing themselves to the animals to get them to except them maybe it wouldn't be so scary. Also when they take blood they don't always bandage it so bloo... read more
