First off the young girl that checked me in was rude and condensating to me callin me hon and other terms like I was one of her younger sisters and not a customer. We had to wait a half hour for our appointment because the person before me had 5 cats to get shots. They should have scheduled more time for that visit instead of making me and my dog wait.
