Don't visit this place. I had a 12 15 appointment. I showed up on time but they had a line waiting to be checked in. I waited in line as any person would. When it was my turn to be checked in, the lady at the front told me they could not help me because I was late for my appointment even though I waited to be checked in. The vet and assistant were super nice! BUT the young woman at the check in tried to guilt and shame me for not going with a package she recommended which would have translated to a $300-400 expense. I appreciate the concern for my pet, but that’s not okay as everyone has their own situation and conditions.
