They were so kind to my suki even when she wasn’t letting herself be examined ! Got two of her shots !!
Wow! This was an amazing vet visit! Dr. Kim and Alexa were so nice, and they answered every question I had! They were so friendly and caring! I also saved so much money compared to my past vet for an annual visit and vaccines!
I know everyone has different needs and appointment types but our experience was perfect. Exactly what I hoped for in a vet. Timely, quick, thorough, not pushy, compassionate and understanding. I have crazy anxiety about going to the vet because I don’t trust anyone, really, and I’ve had several horrible experiences at other places. My little guy is a rescue that has some trauma so we both don’t do well going to the vet. This one though, was just so quick and gentle and I truly trust them.
