Never left a review in my life but not happy with my experience here today. The lady at the front desk was very nice and that is my only positive! I will start off by saying that my puppy was unusually anxious which I completely understand probably made their job more difficult. With that being said, he is typically not an anxious dog which I communicated several times but they seemed to be desperate to push anxiety medication for any reason they could think of. In the 3 years I’ve owned my dog, he has never been this calm at a vet visit. The team here is absolutely incredible. The front desk staff Mackenzie was so sweet beyond professional. I loved the fact that I was able to connect with the staff that shared similar interests. Not once did i feel i was not welcome. She very quickly made good friends with my dog.
