I just tried to bring my dog here who has to be heavily premeditated for anxiety before vet appointments. Our regular Vetco in Whitestown is amazing but they were unfortunately booked, so we had to book this one. The Vet was absolutely, horribly rude, wouldn’t let me in there to help hold him as I told them is what we do at Whitestown to help calm him down. y’all have a horrible Vet in Indianapolis working for you guys! Second time this month that my pup was refused service and she wouldn’t even take into consideration the supervisors recommendation/approval. The first time, she was yanking on my dog’s ear pretty hard which made my dog turn around a give a little snap (no she didn’t bite her, just gave her a warning that she was hurting her).
