Was great until petco got involved.... socks to loose this resource. Went from small town caring to how much can we get you for.... very disappointed.
MA requires your pet to be vaccinated for rabies and they need proof each year. I called this location to fix the rabies certificate since it’s supposed say 3 year Instead of 1 year. They said it’s something they need for their manager to do then they’ll send the updated one. I waited and called a week later, still nothing. It’s been 3 weeks since I ask for it to be fixed. It’s something that would take less than 5 minutes to fix. I can’t keep calling every week for this. Im just gonna take my dogs to a different place next ... read more
