I brought my Dog to the Vetco iWhat an amazing experience from start to finish . The team lead by Dr Michelle Simmons , vet assistant Gabrielle and receptionist Julia . The care was amazing and the team kind, caring and professional . I would choose zero stars if that were an option. Jamie is the absolute last person on this planet who should be working at a veterinary office where sick animals and pet parents come on the worst of their days. She is extremely dismissive, disrespectful, condescending, and aggressive. My dog was seen here 3 times in less than 30 days for the same illness. The vet told me she did not have an infection (although she had literal pus oozing from her). On my last visit, Jamie decided I should be charged as a new illness, however... read more
