Dr Andrew has been fantastic! He stepped in and up to the plate after being failed by our previous vet, and has gone above and beyond in ensuring our pets were up to date with all care and preventive measures! Took my rabbit to here for a check up and a price estimate for a neutering and the check up went amazing! They gave me ways to get him prime health and a list of healthy vegetables for him!
After calling around to several places and either being denied or booked out for weeks I decided to give Vetco a call as a last resort. Not only did they get me in immediately but they were able to get me the medication I needed for my snake with a mild RI. Dr Andrew while informing me he wasn’t a snake expert was able to give an injection and medication to my ball that he needed desperately. All staff were kind and so welcoming and the vet was very understanding to my needs and my dog’s needs. He got on the ground and was talking to both of us and explaining things not talking at me and telling me what I needed to do. They helped me understand everything about her injury and made me feel much better about it.
