I was told I needed Xrays and had to pay over $300 for inconclusive results to which I didn't even get to see. I don't even know if they have an Xray machine in the location. Then had to pay for a blood test and more for antibiotics. The process should have gone from least to greater...not this way. I paid over $500 for treatment. I will NEVER go back to VetCo and I will cancel my membership. This was completely ridiculous. This place trys to pull at your heart and purse strings for a pet. Completely unacceptable.
I love this Vetco! They are professional, fast and knowledgeable. I appreciate them always loving on my baby when he comes in for a check up. My fur child is a lot but they have so much patience with him.
My cat injured himself trying to be a street fighter. He was in total pain and not having a very good time of it at all. They were able to fix him up and get him on his way.
