We had a wonderful experience here. They were able to get our senior dog in for a same-day appointment for an eye infection, which was such a relief. The exam, treatment, and medications were all very reasonably priced. We especially appreciated that they did not push unnecessary tests and instead took the time to explain our options so we could make the best decision for our dog. LOVE LOVE this place. Especially Dr. Foster. I feel like level of care is exceptional and they don’t over sell. And the yearly membership is totally worth it.
I would not take my dog here if Whitney Foster was the Vet available. She is very inexperienced and insensitive. She misdiagnosed my dog as having congestive heart failure. After she had 3 XRays taken, she did not show them to me. She told me that though she did not see any masses in her XRays, and needed additional taken to see if she has cancer. I took my dog to this clinic, where she was examined and prescribed antibiotics for a UTI. The doctor also recommended a urine culture test. However, before the culture results came back, they had already prescribed antibiotics. I specifically asked whether it would be better to wait for the results so my dog could receive the most appropriate medication.
