Overpriced and rude. Employees skipped over my dog even though we had a scheduled appointment. Bad attitude towards me and then openly nice with everyone else. My dog was better behaved than the other dogs yet he was treated with hostility. Will nor come back ever. Not that anyone will care
Absolutely terrible. Trying to get a renewal on a pain med prescription for my dog and they don’t call you back. Finally went into the store and was told there were no vets on that day (it was a Saturday) Told me to call another Vetco which I did and got no answer. Still waiting….
I would never go ANYWHERE ELSE from the courtesy to the knowledge and caring for my Pets you CANNOT go anywhere else and beat their $$$ not only that they are honest with you. I used to take my dogs to a vet and they would always try to convince me that he needed this blood work or she needed this and it would end up costing hundreds and hundreds of dollars this clinic will let you know if you needed it or not and if you opt out for not getting it, they won’t give it to you without question they’re absolutely wonderful. Outstanding vet services. I am so happy we moved to Plymouth Vetco from our previous vet. Very friendly staff, veterinarian, and just a nice overall experience. No hassle to make appointments...what a blessing! The vital care premiere already paid for itself the first day for us. Having the exam cost included makes joining premiere status a no brainer! Ty Dr. Caso and staff! Luki approves!
Our cat had multiple symptoms, Dr Cato looked at everything and was highly professional and caring. The tech was wonderful too.
