Everyone has been friendly and welcoming when I have visited or called. When my puppy was having an emergency, they were able to squeeze us in. They knew when the pup's needs were more than they could handle and referred me to the ER. Definitely would recommend
I have been using Vetco Total Care Animal Hospital for over a year now. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and caring. The hours work well with my schedule and I feel confident with the care my pets are receiving.
I really like the veterinarian she is always friendly and willing to listen to any concerns. They are very good at filling my pets prescriptions through online orders. Pretty easy to get appointments made online. My only complaint is they do not answer the phone probably 75% of the time that's very aggravating. I'm only giving 4 stars because of the phone call situation. Overall very good pet care.
