Had a really wonderful experience here! My dog is usually pretty stressed at the vet so going is always stressful for me, but everyone was very calm and friendly. My dog ended up being too stressed initially but my tech and Dr. Curtis were so patient with us and I appreciate that she offered us anxiety medications instead of forcing it and stressing us out more. I brought my dog, Jasper, in because he had a painful scrotal wound and had been whining constantly. Within a few minutes, I was told the veterinarian/Dr. Lara Curtis couldn’t complete the exam because he was too painful and reactive. I understand that staff safety is important, but I was left without a diagnosis or treatment plan. I adopted my puppy in March 2026 and decided to try Vetco on Brodie for vaccinations and establishing vet care. I have had nothing but excellent service and communication at this clinic.
