I was extremely disappointed by how inept the staff was at handling pets. When your profession requires you to be skilled with providing care to pets, you should be able to adequately administer that care within reasonable means. We had a muzzle on our dog as a precautionary action and they acted as if they could not offer him vaccines or bloodwork because they thought he would be too aggressive. Worst customer service ever. Literally Would NOT give me(or company requesting it to fill meds) my dogs prescription even though it is valid. They messed up approvals. Literally told me I had to bring my dog back into be Re-examined to have the company requesting the RX to get access to my dogs Rx...even though Everything is Up to Date! Scam in my opinion.
If I could give zero stars, I would. We have had two Vetco appointments set up. Both at the clinic and total care. Neither was able to take us after. I called Friday to confirm they will have my records and that my dog is fine to go. I arrive to the clinic Sunday and they cannot take my dog due to a previous allergy when on Friday nothing was mentioned. I schedule another appointment with the clinic at 8 am. If I could do 0 stars I would. Me and my fiancé brought in our 6 week old German Shepard puppy. We spent almost $200 on puppy shots, wellness check, deworming medication, and tick and flea medication. They said they didn’t find worms and that the medication was prevention. We took our puppy about a week later because he was having bad diarrhea and they said it was just his food so we paid $40 again.
