I call the customer service line to obtain the records for my pet but since I was not the one who took him they wont released that information to me. I even asked if they could fax it too his vet and they refused. This is so unfair to my pet since now I cant make a routine appointment for him.
The Vetco vaccine clinic is awesome! Easy appointments, easy check in, and the staff is wonderful. Dr. Leah is so personable and has a great bedside manner, and Martin the vet assistant is the sweetest man with the friendliest and kindest approach to the pets. If those two had their own stand-alone clinic, I’d be a regular client in a heartbeat!
