Wow! This was an amazing vet visit! Dr. Kim and Alexa were so nice, and they answered every question I had! They were so friendly and caring! I also saved so much money compared to my past vet for an annual visit and vaccines!
I know everyone has different needs and appointment types but our experience was perfect. Exactly what I hoped for in a vet. Timely, quick, thorough, not pushy, compassionate and understanding. I have crazy anxiety about going to the vet because I don’t trust anyone, really, and I’ve had several horrible experiences at other places. My little guy is a rescue that has some trauma so we both don’t do well going to the vet. This one though, was just so quick and gentle and I truly trust them. Honest, no up-sale services and fair prices
The vet that I saw for my cat at this location just left all of their patients high and dry, and we can no longer get prescriptions filled for our pets that they prescribed medications for. Even though this office has all of the information and bloodwork. We need to spend more money on another vet that might also just leave, and we might yet again get left high and dry...and so the process continues.
