We normally visit other Vetco locations but this one had availability. After 17 long and happy years, our dog was in the final stages of her life and we needed to euthanize her. Highly emotional event of course. I had booked the appointment using the Petco app but called them in the morning to go over the details. Every step of this was handled very thoughtfully and kindly. The staff here are amazing, even while be harassed and attacked by a deranged woman. I drive an hour here just to.work with them. Also.super easy to make appointments, made mine in less than 10 min using the app.
