I am a new visitor to this clinic, I had an appointment and was running late but was able to reschedule with ease. Upon arriving, I was quickly assisted at the front desk and placed into a room. The doctor handled my baby with care, attended to all her needs and my concerns. The office is clean, friendly and this is the only time by dog didn't feel scared or nervous which is fantastic. I will be back and highly recommend this clinic.
I’ve been coming to this animal hospital for a while now, and the staff has always been super kind, professional, and great with my pet. I’ve never had a bad experience ever. So when I saw a few 1 star reviews, I couldn’t help but laugh a little. Like… did we go to the same place? Some people just love to complain, even when nothing’s actually wrong. We just moved to the area and visited the Cerritos location for the first time. We’ve been hesitant about visiting veterinarians within pet stores but Vetco in Cerritos changed our perception. The staff is very welcoming and informative! Would definitely recommend!
