Vetco clinic is a scam. They promised I would get prescription for flea meds after the visit via email and never received it. But I sure to get an update payment information email for my total care plan if I have my card locked! SMDH!! Go elsewhere!!
Normally I would give Vetco 5 stars. Always on time, friendly staff and reasonable prices. On the 9th of February 2026 nobody at the check in desk. The gentleman before me said, the lady just suddenly stormed out....We waited and waited, since we have to check in 10 min before the appointment. Finally a young man showed up, somewhat bewildered that nobody was at the desk. He went to look for the employee it seems.
