Normally I would give Vetco 5 stars. Always on time, friendly staff and reasonable prices. On the 9th of February 2026 nobody at the check in desk. The gentleman before me said, the lady just suddenly stormed out....We waited and waited, since we have to check in 10 min before the appointment. Finally a young man showed up, somewhat bewildered that nobody was at the desk. He went to look for the employee it seems. Vetco staffs 는 모두 친절하고, 다른 location에서 followo up 도 가능합니다. 하지만 그들의 service hour 가 명확히 명시되어잇지 않아서 허탕친 경우가 많았어요ㅡ 미리 예약한 경우가 아니라면, 꼭 전화해보고 가는걸 권합니다

Friendly staff but the clinic experience is a little chaotic and doesn’t seem super sanitary (vs a regular clinic) being in middle of the store. Not privacy and not ideal. Will not do again.

A very frustrating experience! I felt like the up sale was the priority with each person in my visit. There was no option to purchase what I wanted...(one month supply of Nexguard). A lot of sale pitch to each person while to line just got longer and longer. No chairs for people to wait. I got there when the clinic opened and was 2nd in line. Waited 35 minutes just to have my dog weighed for Nexguard.
