They are very kind
Dakota was very rude when I asked if there were any more affordable options for the medication prescribed for my cat. I was simply trying to see if there was a cheaper alternative, and she responded, ‘So you ordered it knowing you couldn’t afford it.’ I found this response unnecessarily judgmental and unhelpful.
The assistant and the vet were extremely nice. The girl that’s on the front desk. Everything is the customer’s fault. She has no people skills.
Always friendly and professional!
