Great experience. Very nice people and very helpful.
I was not happy with the service. They just weigh my pet and then take him Inside when there is an exam table In the room to examine. Also the vaccine was given inside away from us. How do I trust them as to what was done to my pet. The vaccine has no serial number as per which was given to the pet while they take Him away from me. I do not Like the service. This place used to be great, but had gone really downhill in the past year (vet is constantly changing, appts are never on time as scheduled, and it seems like lately there is a shortage of staff). I have called and left voicemails FOUR TIMES in the last two weeks (during regular business hours) regarding questions about blood test results for my dog Cosmo and have still haven’t received a call back. That is not acceptable and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.
The vet, Dr Drake, was so oddly aggressive and rude. The assistants were great. Won’t be back.
