Facility is clean, no funny odors. Staff is friendly and helpful. All of my questions were answered, everything was explained so that I understood what was going on with my baby. My fur baby, who usually doesn't like strangers, was comfortable with all the staff..I am very satisfied with my visit and I highly recommend this facility.
**Update as of 2026- it seems as though there have been some changes, and we seem to be able to get responses now and are seen in a timely manner for appts. Adding stars back for this location. This place used to be great, but had gone really downhill in the past year (vet is constantly changing, appts are never on time as scheduled, and it seems like lately there is a shortage of staff).
