I love the way these people treat my dog. He can be somewhat anxious at times but never is at this vet clinic. You can tell they really care about their patients.
The front desk person was apologetic for their short staffed and our appointment time delay. However, we took our dog for a walk outside to pee, but when returned, we were informed that our dog needed to collect a urine analysis. So we have to return to the store on a later date.
Dr. Hutchinson and Lexi at the Quincy location are amazing. Dr. Hutchinson took the time to really listen to us about our concerns and discuss our options with us. She and her assistant Lexi were kind, knowledgable, and made us feel valued. They were so gentle with our little guy.
Really attentive and was clear on treatment procedure.
