Ok, so I've used Vetco quite a bit. They will try to upsell you, which can be annoying, but perhaps is to be expected. The problem I had was with Dr. Kapoor, where her assistant was, perhaps, just in a bad mood that day, and taking it out on the customers. I won't bother going into the specifics, but I did talk to another customer that day, and without me bringing it up, no surprise, they had an issue with the same lady.
