We've been to quite a few vets and we were apprehensive about trying one associated with such a huge company. Overall my experience is really great because the vets and vet techs seem to be super professional and really care about their patients. Availability is a little limited because the clinic is smaller than most regular vets but once you're in they treat you well.
The staff was friendly, but the customer service that helps them set up their appointments is useless. I made an appointment, during which I was informed that my dog would not get the procedure done, but would have an exam with the vet, to take a look at her inflamed gums & let me know what procedure is needed. That sounded good to me, as I just wanted answers but had plans later in the day and did not want my dog to leave from anesthesia on that day.
