Thought there might be an actual part of the store reserved for Vetco. Did not realize the appointment only guaranteed you a place in line with other animals. Fortunately my dogs behaved fairly well amongst all the distractions.
The ladies that treated Lilly were wonderful with her. They really seem to care about animals and their service to their owners
