I scheduled an appointment for 3:30. I arrived at 3:20 got into an exam room at 3:45. I saw an assistant at 5pm. I m still waiting to see the vet after 1.5 hours of wair.
Amazing amazing amazing! Was nervous to take my puppy because he guards us in the room, and hasn’t had the best vet experiences in the past. Everyone at this clinic read my dog so well, understand his needs, and we’re so kind and intelligent. I cannot find the words to explain how great this visit was and how wonderful all the staff were, from the lady at the front desk, our vet tech, and the vet herself. Next, we’re bringing our other dog!
I had honestly a great experience with the whole team here! My dog shadow is a larger dog who gets so excited to meet new people and give hugs. Even though his size the employees treated him as an exciting new friend which I supper appreciate since we've been places where they could care less about the dog. I will definitely be bringing him back now that I'm at ease that he's treated like family.
My dog has a few issues to take care of, the staff and vet were very helpful.
