The lady at front desk was super nice, very nice and very helpful. Every person that we came in contact was very nice and nice to our dog. I will recommend this place for sure
If I could give zero stars I would. My appointment was at 5:15 and my GPS brought me to the other side of the shopping center so I was a little confused as to where Pet Co was because I’m never on the side of town and had no idea where the building was. I called them and let them know that I was in the parking lot and I was parking my car. I literally checked in at 5:18 and the doctor refused to see me. Waited an hour over my scheduled appointment to see the vet. Wants to do testing that has all come back negative in the past and told me if it all comes back negative, we just have to deal with the itching. I can't imagine there are no drugs to try for skin allergies in a dog. I just wanted to try a prescription for allergies. I did not get what I wanted. A waste of my time and money. Still looking for a good vet.
