My experience at this Petco was one of the worst I’ve ever had. My dog is very hyper and loving. When we first got in there. I was told my dog is crazy. At this time, we have only walked through the door and my dog is looking around the store. When we got in the room, we were immediately looked at with concern as if my dog had did something to them. Dr. Campagnolo & his staff are wonderful. They are always very courteous, and are very compassionate with the animals. I highly highly recommend them.
I took my dog for her first vet visit and felt as though the vet didn't listen to my concerns.They were trying to push other uncessary treatment.I then took my dog to the grooming counter and they refused to trim her nails just because she's wearing a cone. I asked why does it matter if she's wearing a cone and they asked if she's taking any medication. I said she will start some drops on her cyst tonight and they said no they can't see her if she's taking medication. Felt unwelcomed here from the moment I walked in. I also ... read more
