I've been taking my dog to vetco for his annual shots since my dog was 1. My dog is now 9 he had an appointment today and was denied for being on medication for his seizures. I've never had any issues my dog has been on medication and had seizures since he was 1. I was getting a bad vibe when I first showed up one of the vecto employees told me to stand in another area very rude. There was no sign directing anywhere to stand. Had an appointment for 9:15, they moved me to 9:30 and I waited an hour to be seen and no vet ever came. Then I was told i’d be seen at 10:45am so I just left. Total waste of time. Now I remember why I just go to Banfield.
