Great experience! I need to get my dog in immediately and they were able to help me out. Tyler and care team were exceptional. Highly recommend!
Really bad experience. Walked in for my appointment and told them I am just here for the rabies vaccine. They took me into the room and started to ask questions. I stopped her and said I do not want an exam. I only want the vaccine. she said OK and then looked at my dog and asked some more questions then she came to me and said the exam is required and tried to charge me for it. Dr. Pappas and Clarisse helped my sick dog with a same day appointment. They were really patient and explained the treatment thoroughly.
It was Meru’s first time here and we had an amazing experience. Olivia and Dr. Pappas were so sweet with her and made sure Meru was at ease through the whole visit! They were great with communicating what was happening in the visit and with how our pup was doing. We left with all of our questions answered and a happy dog! We will absolutely be recommending Dr. Pappas and Olivia! Vetco will be our new home for vet visits!
Dr. Pappas is outstanding. Highly recommended. My buddy Bingo is a bag fan.
