It’s our first visit to the Petco Vet care in Riverside. Dr Wade was great with our golden Doodle Charlie. And she was patient and explained everything. Charlie liked her! Realtor Pam Euker
Do not go here. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a vet office. I live over an hour away, so I specifically called ahead before coming to confirm they could do an X-ray if I arrived around 3pm. I was quoted $190 for the X-ray and was told my arrival time would be fine. When I got there, they suddenly told me I arrived “too late” because they only do X-rays in the morning, which completely contradicted what I was told over the phone. They called and said they won't be able to take me in anymore because of a wound on my cat's ear despite the website mentioning that Vetco Total Care handles "Illness & Injury".
