They called and said they won't be able to take me in anymore because of a wound on my cat's ear despite the website mentioning that Vetco Total Care handles "Illness & Injury".

Horrible experience Heavy set receptionist super rude We were less than 10 minutes late and we were willing to wait She refused to check how long the wait would be as if we would be called in exactly at the appointment time as new customers. We went to buy something at petco and no one was waiting at the vetco. Will not be returning.
Very thorough and friendly care for our pets.
