Vetco is unprofessional. I prepaid for shots and I was NOT told that I had 60 days to go back and get the shots or I would have to pay again. The petco by my house was closed down when I went back for the shots, so now I have repay for the same shots. Customer service said they couldn't help and when I asked to speak to a manager, and the CS represents, Samantha hung up.
Not a vetco. Misleading information online. They said they only have a travel vaccination clinic that is there every Friday
It's good to know they're available if my animal needs last minute vaccines. A little pricey but great staff
