I’ve been going to Petco Petco in Bayshore for years. They all know my pets but the one that really touched our hearts was losing tequila on March 29, 2025 to cancer. My little guy made it to 16 but to them you think that our pets are their pets and that’s the best feeling ever today. Dr. Claufield, Dr. Bove, Dr. Fielding, and Diana are simply incredible! From the moment you step into the vet clinic, there's a fantastic vibe that's hard to describe. The staff is truly wonderful. Dr. Claufield has an unmatched energy, and her inner beauty shines through, making her so charming. During the exam, it felt like I was part of the best pet hospital reality show ever! Huge thanks to everyone!
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Called and said I was gonna be late And operator said I have a 15 minute grace period. When Arrived 10 minutes late we were denied. I drove an hour to get there.
The Brooklyn location is understaffed and impossible to get to. They have a small availability leaving me with no choice but to move my pet to another location.
I brought my cat recently here for her yearly check up. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable during our visit. Dr. Bove was very friendly and so was her Vet assistant April. My cat was very comfortable with the staff which I was glad to see. Definitely our new primary vet.
