Before responding to this just like you do all of your other horrible reviews (like they should be), maybe this place should realize that you shouldn’t lie to your customers. Someone there HURT my dog. He was given to us with a purple swollen nose, we have never seen this before on our dog. Not only that, but it shouldn’t take having to drag you back to our car to look at him. Lying and telling us it was a “skin infection” is ridiculous. We brought our 8-year-old Golden Retriever, Franklin, to VetCheck Pet Urgent Care Center on 4/25 for a new onset cough and lethargy. Before the visit, we prepared a detailed written summary of his symptoms, including multiple episodes of coughing, vomiting (clear liquid and white foam), and decreased energy throughout the day. ⭐️ 1 Star – Would Not Recommend The veterinary assistants were very kind and helpful—this review is not about them. Unfortunately, the veterinarian provided an inaccurate diagnosis. I brought my golden retriever in for a leg injury and was told it was minor swelling with no ACL tear. I was sent home with pain meds after spending $1,200 on X-rays and services (I declined the $400 unnecessary blood work and $250 joint supplements they tried to push on me.) They care more about money than helping pets
I highly recommend VetCheck Pet Urgent Care Center!!! Out little tabby cat Jax was so listless when we brought him in. They found a blockage in his urinary tract which they treated and relieved. I'm impressed with the knowledge and compassion of the Doctors and Nurses who treated Jax. They recommended him to Purdue for further care, but we will have him home soon. Kristina, Taylor, Sierra, and Drs Vishnu and Siva are wonderful! Many thanks!
