Wonderful attention to our timid cat. Jess, at Vetcall, clipped her nails. Very friendly visit, and our cat was kept calm. Great service.
Our fur baby’s “Uncle” Bob is amazing, nothing is too much trouble and he takes the time to explain things in easy to understand terms. He is quick to allay any fears and is genuinely interested in our furry daughter’s health and wellbeing. We’ve seen a few vets before Bob, he is where the search ended. Highly recommended.
I’ve always chosen Vetcall at Q Superstore as my preferred Vet Clinic both for my previous Jack Russell, Henry, and my new rescue, Curtis. Mostly because of Dr. Bob who is the most amazing, knowledgable and genuinely invested Vet I’ve ever come across. He really is incredible! Also, Vetcall gave the incredible ‘Best for Pets’ loyalty programme which is far superior to any Pet Insurance in my opinion. Highly recommended!!
Highly professional and so accomodating. I was hours late with Louis my little cat as I didn't realise there were so many Vetcalls up here. I went to so many until I found the right one and they still fitted us in. My many thanks and highest of recommendations to all of f you at Vetcall Q Superstore.
