honestly no words. zero communication from anyone at this vet regarding my pets medication that was supposed to be approved nearly 4 weeks ago. they were great with her in person but god awful at any kind of update, communication and impossible to get ahold of. really disappointing. would give zero stars if i could. if you need any kind of medication for your animal, avoid this vet please.
This vet and his staff are genuinely such amazing people. I’ve taken both my dogs here for teeth cleanings (the one on the left went today lol). My girls were treated with the upmost kindness and care. The pricing was very straightforward and clear, no hidden “miscellaneous” charges or dramatic price inflation for necessary medication. I personally haven’t been to this vet but will be my future veterinarian. Last night I got a call back from Fiona and she just saved my life. She gave me such valuable information regarding ASPCA services and how to get through for urgent care. I was in panic mode unsure what to do… her time with me sharing that information and even following up with me this morning has been the most genuine act of kindness. I am beyond grateful. I took my girl today for a dental cleaning and I couldn’t be happier. I’m very thankful for them because otherwise I may wouldn’t be able to afford it.
Great care for a very affordable price. Other vets in the area wanted to charge $2,500 for my cat's dental work. Vet Wheels did the same procedure for less than $1,000
