I had a really bad experience here. I found a kitten I wanted to foster and was told to wait a few weeks, which was completely fine. When I said I wanted that specific kitten, Mia (the new girl in charge) said, “He looks weird, why not his sister?” and made me feel bad for wanting a kitten that was shy and had slightly spread-apart eyes.
