The staff is so well chosen. Everyone is so good with our pets. It’s like they love them as much as we do!
Had a extremely sudden medical emergency with my beloved best friend. I wanted to have her home with us, surrounded by family, when she crossed the rainbow bridge. Dr. Tudor and her team were extremely compassionate, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. They walked us through the process, while respecting our wishes, boundaries, and emotional moments. I can not thank them enough for helping my family and I help guide our sweet fur baby to heaven.
Appointment was very efficient, quick turn around time, no waiting around. Love the personal touch of the personal report card after the appointment.
Very poor service and follow up. We brought our dog with a concern and were told immediate surgery by Dr. Tudor was “the only option”. We were brushed off on the phone when attempting to ask questions about this surgery that would be done the next morning and she would not speak to us on the phone. Great staff, but tend to close their office without letting the public know. I get my specialty dog food from here and they have been closed on a few occasions, when their hours claim they should be open. When they are only open Tuesday-Friday, it can be frustrating driving out to their office and having them closed on a Friday. We need to refill our dogs food and now won't be able to until the following Tuesday.
