Convenient location, very friendly staff, competitive prices. Everyone loved my cat, most of the staff came to see him while he was there. Very impressed with the way he was treated.
I thought the staff and vet were very polite and professional, but I felt a bit brushed off. I made repeated requests to speak with the doctor prior to surgery, and was denied the opportunity to do so. As a result, I really don't feel like my consent was as fully informed as it could be. The day I picked my animal up, I had to ask twice to get the pain killers for him. I am a semi truck driver traveling with my Norwegian Forest cats and after 16 almost 17yrs and a fight with liver cancer in her she did not win here was the end of her beautiful life and I had to send her to Valhalla. They did a private cremation on my request did that fabulous. These people are the most fantastic staff that I could wish for to help me do all this with a lot of crying and they were there for me with all they could do. The staff are very polite and kind to the animals. They are good at explaining things. Very clean, and get us in very wuick. Love this clinic. 🤗🦮
