I have one of their machines. For two years everything was great. Then the software began to malfunction. They have tried this patch then that. They replaced the computer. Nothing has corrected the problems. I went to the Western Veterinary Convention and thought I would stop by their booth. I explained my experience to the rep. there. We've had a VetRay for 3 years and from the start have constant problems that the company keeps trying to fix. One thing after the other goes wrong. For 18 months they say that the next upgrade will fix it but we never get an upgrade. I regret buying it and would never recommend getting one. They have replaced our computer 3 - 4 times and it still has problems. I've had to pay $1500 for service calls even while under warranty. Not a good machine.

I don’t write poor reviews often. Unfortunately neither the equipment nor customer service are worthy of thousands of dollars. The equipment is overpriced and unreliable. Completely went out of service a few months after warranty expired. They offered no support whatsoever. Will replace the unit as soon as possible.
